EXCHANGE POLICY
The delivery time for your orders varies according to the delivery address provided. The deadline only starts from the moment payment for the order is approved and the availability of the product is verified.
The product will only be reserved for the customer after the order has been finalized and approved by the card operator or bank slip.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm. After closing the order, a message will be sent to your e-mail informing the estimated delivery time, along with the tracking code.
Receipt of your order may be made by doormen, secretaries, family members or any person responsible, upon signing the proof of delivery and presenting the document.
Our office hours are from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (except holidays).
Comments:
Regardless of the modality chosen, the delivery period for your purchase will be considered from the confirmation of payment by the financial institutions.
Change of Address
For your safety, it is not possible to change the shipping address once the purchase is complete.
Return with Refund (receive back the amount paid for the product(s)).
*There will be no refund of the shipping cost.

Deadline for withdrawal from purchase:
As dictated by the rules of the CDC (Consumer Defense Code), the customer who makes purchases through virtual stores, has up to 7 (seven) days after receiving the product to register the cancellation of the purchase.
Pursuant to article 49, the consumer may withdraw from the contract within seven days from its signature, or from the act of receiving the product or service, whenever the contracting for the supply of products and services takes place outside the commercial establishment, especially by telephone or at home.
Sole paragraph - If the consumer exercises the right of repentance provided for in this article, the amounts eventually paid, in any capacity, during the reflection period, will be immediately returned, monetarily updated.
The refund of amounts will be processed only after receiving and analyzing the condition of the product(s) in our Distribution Center. Some sellers on our site review return requests before authorizing them. You will receive an email response within two business days.
Shipping recommendations:
The product must be in the original packaging, containing all labels and accompanied by all accessories.
It cannot show any indication of use.
The sales invoice must accompany the merchandise. On the back, inform the reason for the return / exchange, the name of the person returning it, CPF, date and signature.
Attention!
We reserve the right not to accept an Exchange/Return if requirements are not met.
Product exchange
After analysis and approval of the conditions of the product(s), a discount coupon will be made available on the value of the original merchandise so that you can choose another item according to the availability of stock in the online store.
If the choice of the new product is of a value above the original merchandise, payment can be made via bank slip, credit card or online debit.
Attention! We do not reserve parts.
Orders placed through the online store cannot be exchanged at reseller stores, only through the brand's official e-commerce.
Defective Product Return
The goods must be returned through the same courier service, being notified in advance via Email, Instagram and/or Whatsapp.
Inform with a brief report about the alleged defect, clarifying the practice in which the product was used, frequency of this activity and attaching photos.
It is noteworthy that the piece must be washed according to the instructions described on the package.
The evaluation of defects will be carried out by our Quality Control. Average term: 15 (fifteen) business days.
Favorable exchange analysis: a discount coupon will be made available on the value of the original merchandise so that you can choose another item according to the availability of stock in the online store.
Attention! We do not reserve parts through the website.
If there is a difference in price between the chosen product and the claimed product, payment of the difference must be provided via bank slip, credit card or online debit.
Analysis against exchange: the product will be returned without replacement rights upon payment of freight by the customer.
